We’re sorry that you’re not happy with your order. While we welcome your return, we unfortunately do not cover the cost for return shipping. To receive a refund, the merchandise must be returned within 14 days of delivery and based on the following rules:
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
Products must be in original packaging and in new and resealable condition.
Products must be unused for return policy to apply.
Cost of shipping is non-refundable.
If the return of an item is due to an error on our part or because of an issue with our factory, we will cover the cost of shipping.
Please request a return for the item(s) that you wish to send back at Support@JupiterandGlory.com. Our form details the exact instructions for returning the product. Your claim is normally processed within 1-3 business days.
Use our returns procedure to request an RMA for the product to be exchanged. You will need to specify the item that you would like in exchange in the request. Upon receipt and once it passes inspection, we will then ship out the new product. Pricing differences will either be refunded or charged to you.
Alternatively, if you would like to receive your item sooner, you can order the product that you want to exchange and have it shipped immediately. You can then request an RMA for the product that you would like to return. Once we receive the product and it has passed our inspection, a refund will be provided to you.
Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your product should arrive in a damaged, defective or if it is simply the wrong product, please contact our customer service team at Support@JupiterAndGlory.com for resolution. We will send out a replacement with a pre-paid return label for the defective, damaged or wrong item and it must be sent back to us within 14 days.
If the damage was caused by our shipping courier, we will schedule a pick-up for the item with the courier.
An order cancellation request may take between 2-3 business days to process. This can only be done if the order has not already shipped. Because we strive for quick shipping turnaround, we recommend waiting for our confirmation that the final cancellation is possible before placing another order.
Once a return has been accepted, we will issue the refund to the same payment method that was used to purchase the product(s). The amount refunded will be for the original amount minus the shipping fees. Please allow for 5-7 business days for the refund to show in your account.
